Resident qualifications
Our PCH services are designed for adults who:
- Are 18 years of age or older and need assistance with one or more activities of daily living.
- Do not require 24-hour skilled nursing or hospital-level medical care.
- Have a recent physical examination and negative tuberculosis screening on file.
- Provide a current medication list, allergies, and applicable medical history.
- Are mobile or semi-mobile (with assistive devices welcome) and not a danger to self or others.
- Submit a signed admission agreement and emergency contact information.
Staff credentials
Every member of our care team is background-checked, CPR/First Aid certified, and trained in dementia care, infection control, resident rights, and emergency response. Medication administration is performed by Certified Medication Aides under registered nurse oversight, and the agency operates in full compliance with state PCH licensing regulations.
